Web Design Policies

After you read Our Web Design Policies ,  share your vision with our designers, fill out the form on the start your project .Tell us more details about your project and your idea, you will find a set of questions that you must answer, and in this way we will reach your vision as you see it.

The initiation of a web design or development project requires, Signing a contract and submitted payment of 50% of the total fee to be paid in advance. it is non-refundable for the design & development service.

Maxa Idea cannot complete a website if the client does not provide content (the text and/or photos, videos or other media to be used in the website) or other required elements (pre-existing logo or account login information, etc.) Therefore we do require all of our clients to understand that without adhering to the project timeline their project could be delayed and/or face other consequences.

Maxa Idea will provide clients with a timeline for providing client sourced content and will work with the client to ensure all client provided content meets our guidelines. If Maxa Idea is waiting for content or other pieces of information, the client will be notified.

If the customer fails to respond to the signature of the contract sent to him according to the type of service, the work in his project will be immediately suspended.

Upon completion of any website design and payment of web design and development fees, the client is the owner of the commissioned website. The client may continue to use the commissioned website to promote the clientʼs company or organization regardless of whether he/she chooses to continue further services with Maxa Idea

The client does not have the right to resell the design or development of other companies. The client does have the right to add pages onto the existing site or have another company add pages onto the existing site using the commissioned website design/development.

All text, photos, videos, and graphics used as content in a commissioned website must be provided by the client (unless the client has hired Maxa idea for content development). The client must have ownership or written permission to use all content he/she provides for use. It is up to each client to ensure his/her design and/or content does not infringe on any trademark, service mark, or copyright laws.

Maxa ideal is not responsible for intellectual property infringements on behalf of clients. Also, Maxa Idea will not be responsible for submitted content. Clients should not mail any photos or documents via mail.

We sign a contract with the client for 14 days, for small  sites, during this period the client must provide us with the content of the site within the first 7 days, the client will receive templates and designs to choose from.

We are not responsible for any delay by the client, the client will be provided with the designer email who works on his project, We communicate with the customer by Email only. We monitor all e-mails between designer and client, for project quality

All of our web design contracts include a payment plan worked out with the client in advance. This includes the amount of the required deposit, hourly or progress payments as applicable, and any remaining balance upon completion. We only accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet.

The Service, including all logos, websites, SEO, videos, social media and complete branding, are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Once your site is published, we make it easy to keep it updated. You can either log in to your account and make edits on your own .

We take pride in providing attractive designs, and the vast majority of our clients are extremely pleased with the design we create for them. However, the design is a subjective art, and not everyoneʼs tastes are the same. While we will gladly make initial minor modifications for no additional charge, it is important to be clear on how revisions to the look of website design are handled.

The discovery questionnaires which describe the look the commissioned web design project are part of all web design projects. Completing them helps our team to focus on the design elements favored by the client.

Design preferences, such as the look of the site, the color scheme, the functionality, monitor resolution preferences, etc., should be specified during the discovery phase. If any design preference stated in the discovery phase was not met, the adjustments will be made free of charge. If the client develops preferences or changes his/her mind after the completion of the work, adjustments will be made by the hour at rates ranging from $125.00 to $ 175.00 per hour.

If the client changes his/her mind about doing work with Maxa Idea during the course of the initial web design or development phase, the client will be billed a fee equal to 50% of the total project cost and is responsible for any applicable hours completed to date. Depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation, as well as any payments received to date, this means 50% of the total fee to be paid in advance non-refundable.

In order to protect clients from unintentional service interruption, clients wishing to terminate any services must request the service termination in writing.

Logo Design Policies

All of our design service include a payment plan worked out with the client in advance. This includes the amount of the required deposit, hourly or progress payments as applicable, and any remaining balance upon completion. We only accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet.

Payment: The Customer ordering for any of the available services must pay for the Service in advance, by any of the payment methods provided by ‘Maxa Idea ‘. The Customers will be charged for the Package(s) selected. ‘Maxa Idea’ will email the Customer a receipt for the transactions in which the Customer is involved and provide the Customer with all the information necessary to start the design process.

Refunds: After we start designing your logo , we cannot issue a refund.

Upon completion of any logo design and payment of logo design and development fees, the client is the owner of the commissioned the logo . The client may continue to use the commissioned logo to promote the clientʼs company or organization regardless of whether he/she chooses to continue further services with Maxa Idea

The client does not have the right to resell the design or development of other companies.

We do our best to meet your requirements and our designers do their best to fulfill your expectations.
